We raise money twice a year. Once in the spring and then in fall. Our Fall fundraiser we collect money to sponsor children with Autism and Mental Health Illness and their siblings for an amazing Christmas. We've teamed up with social worker's from local schools and community centers for kids with special needs. Alot of these families are not able to get assistance during the holdidays to assist them in providing presents for their children. Last year we helped over 80 children get exactly what they wanted for Christmas. We are working on events plus a list online with some of the items the kids are wanting so people can bring those items. We are needing sponsors to help us ensure these kids get what they really want for the holidays. These families go thru so much on a day to day basis lets make it a little easier for them. These children deserve to have what they really want. Then in the spring we get approached by the families we've helped in the past if there were programs out there too help in this. Some programs offer some assistance to lower costs but alot don't. Camps run between $225 - $350 a week. Day Trips to local places get pricey too. Keeping these kids busy during the summer can be very challenging. Their routines are altered which causes more issues. So I'm gonna try help as many families out by helping pay for camps, day trips, rewards for token economy system the families have in place, treats and anything else to help get thru the summer.
